Our Executive Director and I will be meeting at EKU on February 14th for the Southern Growth Policies Board with representation from the Madison County School Board and the Richmond Chamber. The focus of the meeting is developing the potential of our youth. Our executive director, David, has worked hard on the planning committee for this meeting.

 

Final preparations are under way for the Valentines Dinner and Dance on February 16th. Please come out for what promises to be a wonderful evening. Tickets are available at the Chamber office. Thank you to all the sponsors of our dance. Thank you to the Dance Committee for all their hard work.

February is a busy month at the Chamber!

 

We continue to meet the first Monday of each month with the City department heads, Mayor Connelly and City Administrator, Randy Stone.  These meetings are helping to facilitate communication between the City of Berea and the Chamber.

 

Several Chamber board members, David, and I plan to go to Frankfort on February 12th with members of Leadership Madison County and the Richmond Chamber.
