MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
I would like to take this time to say thank you to David Rowlette and the Board of Directors for all of your hard work and dedication during my time as President of the Chamber. I have had the pleasure of working with a very diverse group of people. We had a wide variety of backgrounds, viewpoints, and opinions but we all worked together to make the many projects of the year profitable and successful. |

I am looking forward to working with the board in the coming year, as past president. I would also like to welcome our newest member, Greg Gerard, the new Administrator at Saint Joseph Berea, who was elected in November. He will be joined by seven other Board members who were re-elected to three year terms. They include Aurelia Brandenburg, Gary Conkin, Ken Gastineau, Charles F. Hoffman, Mike McCord, Bud Montgomery, and Brad Park.
January is just around the corner and Charlie and David are working diligently on the annual Chamber Board Retreat. I would like to encourage all board members to make plans to attend. It is vital to any organization to start the year off with common goals, and for every member to know and understand what is expected of them. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work on making Berea a better place to live and work.
Once again let me say it has been an honor and a privilege to work with each and every one of you over this past year. We have accomplished a great deal and there are even better things yet to come. May God bless you and your families during this joyous holiday season.
